Starting at Destination Smile begins with a complimentary virtual consultation, not a sales call. You share photos and goals through the consult portal; Dr. Patrick Broome reviews them personally and replies with a video assessment. You receive an honest opinion on what is possible, similar real patient before-and-after cases when relevant, and a realistic investment range for your situation.

There is no fee and no obligation. Dr. Broome has no vested interest in saying yes to every case; he declines work he believes will fail. When you are ready to begin a Smile Project, the next step is a two-hour records visit at the SouthPark office (6849 Fairview Rd, Suite 200, Charlotte, NC 28210), a reserved diagnostic appointment that includes the records used to design your transformation. The published reservation fee is $500; spots are limited.
