The Smile Project
Most complete Smile Projects fall between $35,000 and $45,000. The most complex full-arch rehabilitations, including All-on-X and full-mouth cases, range from $60,000 to $75,000 per arch. One plan, one fee: it includes whatever your result requires.
Limited-scope cosmetic plans
When a complete project isn't needed, focused cosmetic plans range from $12,000 to $18,000, designed to the specific smile rather than a set list of procedures.
Invisalign
Custom Invisalign plans range from $4,500 to $9,500, determined by the difficulty of your case.
Bleaching plans
We prescribe a true bleaching plan from more than a dozen professional systems, built for your teeth rather than pulled off a shelf. Plans range from $450 to $4,500.
MedSpa services.
Botox, dermal filler, threads, and laser resurfacing are available alongside your smile work or on their own. Because these are tailored precisely to you, fees are shared during your consultation.

No. A Smile Project is priced as one complete plan with one fee, based strictly on the difficulty and complexity of achieving your result. It is never a per-tooth fee and never a stack of separate procedure charges.
Why do costs vary so much from case to case?
Because every plan is built to the case. A bleaching plan is prescribed from more than a dozen professional systems. Invisalign difficulty varies tooth by tooth. And complete Smile Projects can involve surgical phases, including All-on-X and full-mouth rehabilitation with anesthesiologist-supported sedation, with treatment arcs that can run a year or more. Two smiles that look similar in a mirror can be very different projects.

Dr. Broome personally reviews every virtual consultation and replies with a personal video: his honest assessment, real cases similar to yours, and your realistic investment range.
